Jonily is a math coach, consultant and speaker for Minds On Math and lead facilitator for the Instructional Coaching Network. She supports schools and districts in enhancing their current math program to individualize instruction and bring math alive! From her extensive experience as a classroom teacher and instructional coach, she has inspired teachers across the country to create positive, differentiated learning experiences in math classrooms through unique lesson design and delivery structures.  Her focus is to empower, engage, motivate and foster a thirst for lifelong learning in students and teachers.
